Once your return is received by us, your refund will typically be processed within 10-15 business days. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If a product is defective upon arrival, or the wrong item was received, all the shipping fees will be covered by us and we will give you a store-credit refund on the original order. For defective items, Prymaxe reserves the right to refuse the return if we determine the reason for the unit failing was not covered under the warranty (i.e., if the item was damaged due to user fault or error). If you feel your item was damaged in shipping, please take plenty of pictures of the damaged box and item and immediately contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping company.
Please be very diligent with testing your defective item. Be sure to try other guitars, power supplies, cables, and amps. We also request that you take a video of the item not working. If we receive your item, test it, and find it to be working, we will give you a refund minus the cost of shipping both ways.
When must I ship my return?
Your return must be received by us within 45 days of the original purchase date for store credit, or postmarked by 14 days for a refund to the original purchase method (PayPal, credit card, etc). This means you must ship your return with enough time for us to receive the package within the deadline. If it does not arrive within 45 days, we will refuse the package. If you feel you sent the package within a reasonable time frame, but it arrived late due to the shipping company’s error, please immediately contact us to make an appeal before we refuse the package.
What if I pre-ordered an item?
If a pre-ordered item arrives outside of the 45 day window from when you ordered it, you will have 7 days from the arrival date to send it back for store credit.
Why was my package refused?
There are a number of reasons your package could be refused by us, including:
I bought this pedal based on a couple reputable demos I previewed, and when I received the pedal, I heard a noticeable buzzing in my signal. There weren't many usable settings, and it glitched around notes in some of the harmonizer settings. Just wasn't what I was looking for, so I returned it.
I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I saw this new pedal line, but I wanted to try out their analog chorus to see if it was any good(I'm a big fan of modulation type effects esp.analog modulation)and for under $100 my curiosity turns into obsession. Long story short, I saw the pitchbox and I knew I had to try this pedal before anything else. It's a digital unit (to be expected with polyphonic pitch shifting capabilities) with some very cool features and easy operation. I really enjoy the tones I get from this pedal, especially in pitch shift and detune. The harmonizer effect works well especially in a minor key kind of way. The detune function gives you a "hard icey metallic" chorus sound (very 80's)that cuts through for rhythm and lead work. The pitch effect works great for adding a different tonal dimension to your sound, especially for rhythm work. This is not a traditional octave pedal, in fact I would use a different pedal for that type of octave up octave down sound.I do lots of textural looping and this pedal lends itself well to that type of guitar work. Its a very small and powerful tool that is very direct and easy to use (no fine tuning needed),best of all the tones are really good and stand out in the mix, and at the end of the day that is what really counts, its just with this pedal you have enough money left over.. to buy another pedal...
well after reading some reviews and watching some youtube demos I decided to get a pitchbox. I read the complaints about it sounding glitchy and horrible in some settings and i think i know what they mean. theres a tiny of delay when changing notes but I think it adds some personality to it, I recommend the 12 24 and 5,7,9 positions on the harmony section because some of the other positions sound downright weird but im sure have their uses for diminished chords and such but id suggest playing around with different chords till you get used to it and she sounds great, the detune section sounds great and the pitch shift goes from flabby lows to chimey highs and sounds like 8 bit when hitting high notes in +24. Ive only tried it through my Marshall Microstack so Im betting it sounds great through my hotrod deville. to sum it up give it a chance, play around with the settings and im sure youll find something you like about it
First off, I am using this pedal for what is probably an unintended purpose. I use it to tune my bass guitar 1/2 step down for a couple of songs. It sits on my pedal board for only that purpose. This being the case, it does it's job. There is a bit of noticeable flanging, but it tracks remarkably well for bass, and does it's intended job. I wouldn't want to play through it all night, however. Overall, it performs as well as can be expected in the difficult circumstances that I place it in, and it's a very reasonably price alternative to me humping another bass to a show.
"It takes a keen eye to notice the Mooer Pitch Box sitting on my pedal board. Once you zoom in, you realize that this pedal has a ridiculously small footprint, yet believe me when I tell you that it packs some serious sound into that little chassis. The Pitch Box has a high current draw, but the headroom is incredible. We used this thing on the Moog, the sax, and even a kick drum. The results were always something new and interesting. If your pedal board includes a Boss Super Shifter, here is a better sounding, true bypass alternative that won't take up too much real-estate." Matty-T (Scientist)
