Feast your eyes:
- Digital Delay: A great workhorse effect, this straight-up digital delay has a transparent and pristine echo-echo-echo-echo...
- Analog Echo: Analog Echo is inspired by* the warm and distorted delays of a Boss® DM2 Analog Echo.
- Analog w/ Mod: Inspired by* the cherished tone of an Electro-Harmonix® Deluxe Memory Man, Analog w/ Mod delivers an organic-sounding analog delay with a generous dollop of lush, spatial chorus.
- Tape Echo: Tape Echo is inspired by* the unmistakable depth and sweetness of the Maestro® EP-3 Echoplex, which used transistor sound electronics instead of tubes.
- Tape Echo Dry Thru: Your dry signal with Tape Echo repeats.
- Multi-Head: Multi-Head delay is inspired by* the sound created by the multiple playback heads of the Roland® RE-101 Space Echo.
- Sweep Echo: Add a sweeping warble to the Tube Echo repeats and you've got Sweep Echo. This unique tone adds a tangy flavor to your delays.
- Sweep Echo Dry Thru: Your dry signal with Sweep Echo repeats.
- Reverse: !seltaeB eht dna xirdneH imiJ ekil tsuJ Whatever you play comes out backwards.
- Tube Echo: Like peanut butter and chocolate, tubes and tape are a great combination. Tube Echo is inspired by* a Maestro® EP-1.
- Tube Echo Dry Thru: Your dry signal with Tube Echo repeats.
- Lo Res Delay: Inspired by the unique grunge and noise of early digital delay units. Many of which had only 8-bit resolution.
- Digital Delay w/ Mod: Digital Delay w/ Mod adds a juicy chorus effect to your digital delay.
- Stereo Delay: The secret to the "Big L.A. Solo" sound of the '80s! Set one side as a fast echo with many repeats, and the other side as a slow delay with few repeats. Voilà, you're famous!
- Ping Pong: Two separate channels of delay. The output of each channel bounces into the other to create the ping pong effect.
- Dynamic Delay: Dynamic Delay features a ducking control to keep the delays from overwhelming what you're playing. Inspired by* a T.C. Electronic 2290 Dynamic Digital Delay.
- Auto-Volume Delay: Two effects in one! A volume fade-in swell and an echo complete with tape-style wow-and-flutter modulation.

- Tri Chorus: Tri Chorus is inspired by* the larger-than-life sound of a Song Bird/DyTronics Tri-Stereo Chorus.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received by us, your refund will typically be processed within 10-15 business days. It typically takes a few business days for all credit card refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement. This means it will take a few extra days for your refund to show in your account after your return is processed. Store credit refunds will be given in the form of a e-gift card which will be available for immediate use after it is emailed to you. Please note: All actual shipping fees paid by Prymaxe will be deducted from your refund. This includes orders that qualified for free or subsidized shipping. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If a product is defective upon arrival, or the wrong item was received, all the shipping fees will be covered by us and we will give you a store-credit refund on the original order. For defective items, Prymaxe reserves the right to refuse the return if we determine the reason for the unit failing was not covered under the warranty (i.e., if the item was damaged due to user fault or error). If you feel your item was damaged in shipping, please take plenty of pictures of the damaged box and item and immediately contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping company.
Please be very diligent with testing your defective item. Be sure to try other guitars, power supplies, cables, and amps. We also request that you take a video of the item not working. If we receive your item, test it, and find it to be working, we will give you a refund minus the cost of shipping both ways.
When must I ship my return?
Your return must be received by us within 45 days of the original purchase date for store credit, or postmarked by 14 days for a refund to the original purchase method (PayPal, credit card, etc). This means you must ship your return with enough time for us to receive the package within the deadline. If it does not arrive within 45 days, we will refuse the package. If you feel you sent the package within a reasonable time frame, but it arrived late due to the shipping company’s error, please immediately contact us to make an appeal before we refuse the package.
What if I pre-ordered an item?
If a pre-ordered item arrives outside of the 45 day window from when you ordered it, you will have 7 days from the arrival date to send it back for store credit.
Why was my package refused?
There are a number of reasons your package could be refused by us, including:
- It was a new/demo item received outside of the 45-day window
- It was a clearance, accessory, or other non-returnable item
- The package is missing items that were included in the original shipment
- The item shows signs of wear
- The original product box was damaged or written on/the item was packaged in a separate shipping box
