Once your return is received by us, your refund will typically be processed within 10-15 business days. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If a product is defective upon arrival, or the wrong item was received, all the shipping fees will be covered by us and we will give you a store-credit refund on the original order. For defective items, Prymaxe reserves the right to refuse the return if we determine the reason for the unit failing was not covered under the warranty (i.e., if the item was damaged due to user fault or error). If you feel your item was damaged in shipping, please take plenty of pictures of the damaged box and item and immediately contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping company.
Please be very diligent with testing your defective item. Be sure to try other guitars, power supplies, cables, and amps. We also request that you take a video of the item not working. If we receive your item, test it, and find it to be working, we will give you a refund minus the cost of shipping both ways.
When must I ship my return?
Your return must be received by us within 45 days of the original purchase date for store credit, or postmarked by 14 days for a refund to the original purchase method (PayPal, credit card, etc). This means you must ship your return with enough time for us to receive the package within the deadline. If it does not arrive within 45 days, we will refuse the package. If you feel you sent the package within a reasonable time frame, but it arrived late due to the shipping company’s error, please immediately contact us to make an appeal before we refuse the package.
What if I pre-ordered an item?
If a pre-ordered item arrives outside of the 45 day window from when you ordered it, you will have 7 days from the arrival date to send it back for store credit.
Why was my package refused?
There are a number of reasons your package could be refused by us, including:
I bought the C9 from Prymaxe. I wanted to try it And FYI I bought the B9 first. These two pedals are amazing. I'll pick a tone and just play for hours. I keep the organ volume up and the dry volume off. I go total organ with no dry signal at all and I feel that these units track 99.99% if not 100% spot on. If I noticed any latency I would not have them in my arsenal of pedals. These B9 & C9 pedals are still here after playing with them all out during the Covid lockdown and now. I love the pedal it's like owning a cool organ without having 18 organs in your home. Lord Purple and Blimp are my favorite.
The C9 is the continuation of the B9 with Extra types of organs to choose from if you already own the B9. The C9 has nine more types of organs to play with, and they all sound amazing. I own the B9 & the C9. You don’t need both of them, but if you love exciting organ tones, go for it. The build quality is 10/10 the tones are 10/10. No lag, and tracking is spot on. Two volumes, one for your dry and one for the effects. I zero out the dry and control the effect with the wet volume control. You can create some awesome stuff. I like the Lord Purple setting distorted rock organ. This is one excellent pedal and adds so many more options to keep you creative. A+
I have a B9, a Mel9, and now I have completed my collection of classic organ sounds with the C9. Spectacular sounds for Led Zeppelin / Pink Floyd / Deep Purple / The Doors. Incredible Hammond Sound!
First, let me say that this is more than the sum of parts traditionally used to get organ sounds. It is more than an octave effect running into modulation. This is the blessing and the challenge of the C9. It really does provide convincing organ sounds, but you have to adjust your technique to match the requirements of the pedal. It requires a hot input signal. As the sound begins to fade the various components decay at varying rates (e.g. you might have different octaves cut out at different times). Ultimately this does what it advertises, but it can be a challenge to find the right way to utilize it. Overall this is a great pedal.
Also thanks Prymaxe, great place to buy from. I chose this over the B9 because it had more variety and the click control had been shifted to other uses for most algorithms, if feel the best setting for click is off. I would suggest using a compressor in front. The Empress available here is fabulous, I leave it on for everything. Also an octave box in front of the C9 can be nice, I set one octave below and two octaves above running sometimes. Also a delay after it. But probably not more modulation, it can get to scrambled if you over do it. But anyway, you need this pedal, or the B9 if you prefer.
