What if my package gets lost in transit?Though we successfully ship thousands of packages a year, sometimes shipments don't always go as planned. In the event your package is lost in transit, please email sales@prymaxe.com explaining the situation. We will open a case with the shipping company to try to locate your package. If your tracking number states your order has been delivered but your product is no where to be found you must immediately call your local police department and open an investigation. We will do our best to help but ultimately we are not responsible if this does occur.
