Shipping: While we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible, we must suspend our same day shipping guarantee due to the high volume of orders we are receiving this week.

Cancellations/Address Changes: Unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel any orders or edit any addresses during the sale. Please be 100% sure of your address and what you're buying before you hit submit. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, and if you ordered an item and changed your mind, you must go through the regular returns process.

Pre-orders: We cannot guarantee pre-orders placed during this sale to arrive before Christmas.

* Exclusions: The CYBER25 coupon is for new items only -- excludes all used, clearance, vintage, demo, gently used, and b-stock items. While there are a few products from non-excluded brands that we can't give any discounts on due to slimmer margins, there are some products from non-excluded brands that are not eligible for 25% off but are eligible for a smaller discount, so please contact us if the CYBER25 coupon does not work for you. Similarly, there are a few select products from the brands that are auto-discounted that are at smaller discounts or that can't be discounted at all due to slimmer margins.
